How we work with GCs

  1. Scope and price up front. Per line item, per day or per unit, agreed in writing before we start.
  2. We show up when the schedule says. Your super gets a text when the technician is on the way.
  3. No scope creep. Anything outside the agreed scope is flagged to you first.
  4. Photos and invoice per job. Net terms for repeat partners.

Insurance and paperwork, in plain words

  • General liability insurance is active. A certificate of insurance (COI) naming your company as certificate holder is issued on request, usually the same day.
  • Workers' compensation: we currently operate under a workers' compensation exemption. If your contract requires a workers' compensation policy, we put one in place before the first job.
  • W-9 and vendor onboarding forms are ready. Background-checked technicians on request.
  • Scope: handyman, painting, drywall and finish work. We do not take work that requires a state contractor license (structural, roofing, HVAC, major electrical or plumbing) and we say so up front.
