Fixed-price tasks stay fixed. Hourly work is billed for the time on site, from $100/hr. If the scope changes, we stop and re-quote before continuing.

2. On time, or we tell you before
You get an arrival window and a text when the technician is on the way. If we run late, you hear it from us first.
3. Clean when we leave
Packaging, dust and offcuts leave with us. You walk through the result before we go.
4. Workmanship warranty
Every job is covered by a workmanship warranty; the term is printed on your estimate and applies to membership visits too. If something we installed or repaired fails because of our work, we come back and fix it at no charge.
What the warranty does not cover
Materials and products supplied by the customer, damage from misuse or later work by others, and issues outside the scope we quoted. Manufacturer defects are handled under the manufacturer's warranty; we help you with the claim.
