Where we fit in a claim

Mitigation companies dry the structure; adjusters approve the scope; someone has to put the home back together. That is us. We take the rebuild scope that does not require a state contractor license and deliver it fast, with photos and a clean invoice.

Insurance and paperwork, in plain words

• General liability insurance is active. A certificate of insurance (COI) naming your company as certificate holder is issued on request, usually the same day.
• Workers' compensation: we currently operate under a workers' compensation exemption. If your contract requires a workers' compensation policy, we put one in place before the first job.
• W-9 and vendor onboarding forms are ready. Background-checked technicians on request.
• Scope: handyman, painting, drywall and finish work. We do not take work that requires a state contractor license (structural, roofing, HVAC, major electrical or plumbing) and we say so up front.

For TPAs, carriers and franchise offices

• We subcontract to restoration franchises (SERVPRO, Paul Davis, ServiceMaster and others) and apply to managed-repair networks; ask us for our current vendor file.
• Estimates in plain line items; we work from your approved scope and flag anything outside it before touching it.
• One point of contact for all cities, so you do not onboard a new vendor per market.
• Not our scope: emergency water extraction, structural work, roofing, HVAC, major electrical and plumbing. We will say so and hand it back.
