How the workflow looks

You send the request by email, text, our form or your portal. One request per unit or a whole list.
We confirm scope and price the same day. Fixed prices where we can, hourly where we cannot.
Technician on site with tools and standard hardware. Tenant coordination is on us if you want it.
Photos and invoice the same day. Monthly statements available.

Insurance and paperwork, in plain words

General liability insurance is active. A certificate of insurance (COI) naming your company as certificate holder is issued on request, usually the same day.
Workers' compensation: we currently operate under a workers' compensation exemption. If your contract requires a workers' compensation policy, we put one in place before the first job.
W-9 and vendor onboarding forms are ready. Background-checked technicians on request.
Scope: handyman, painting, drywall and finish work. We do not take work that requires a state contractor license (structural, roofing, HVAC, major electrical or plumbing) and we say so up front.

Pricing for portfolios

Per-job pricing works for most managers. For recurring volume we set up a monthly plan with included hours and priority scheduling, similar to our membership (one scheduled visit per month or season) but sized for your units. Ask for a quote with your unit count and cities.
