Membership questions
Is a pack cheaper than booking one visit at a time?
Yes. Every hour in a pack costs less than the same hour in a one-off visit, and a monthly plan sits in between the two. The savings against booking the same hours one visit at a time are shown on each card above.
You pay for a pack once, up front, and use the visits when you need them, so there is nothing to renew and no monthly commitment.
What if I do not use all my visits?
Pack visits are valid for 12 months from the day you buy; unused visits expire after that. A monthly visit must be used in its month: a visit you do not use expires at the end of that month and does not carry over.
Book early, and move a visit with 24 hours’ notice if your plans change.
Can I get a refund on a pack?
If you change your mind within the first 30 days after buying a pack, we refund the visits you have not used. After that, unused visits are not refundable and expire when the pack’s validity ends.
A visit that has already been used is not refundable. Your applicable consumer rights always apply.
Can I combine visits into a longer day?
Yes, when the schedule allows. Each pack visit is 2 hours, so two visits make a 4-hour day and four visits make a full 8-hour day. Tell us which visits you want to combine when you book.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?
Yes, any time, online, with no call needed. Your confirmation page has a “Manage or cancel your membership” button that opens a secure Stripe page where you cancel future renewals or update your card.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and there is no cancellation penalty.
What about extra time and materials?
Extra time added to a visit is billed at the same hourly rate as a pack, in 30-minute increments when the schedule allows.
Parts and materials are not included. We confirm any purchases and any shopping or delivery charges with you before we proceed.
