Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 26, 2026
Rakhimov Enterprise LLC (DBA Gold Hands), operating the brand "Handyman Gold Hands" ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website handymangoldhands.com (the "Site") or use our handyman services (the "Services"). The same policy applies to our sister site goldhandsmia.com, which is operated by the same company.
Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with its terms, please discontinue use of our Site and Services.
1. Information We Collect
Personal Information You Provide:
- Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, ZIP code and service address when you fill out a contact or quote form, request an estimate, apply for a job, or schedule a service.
- Service Details: Information about your project, property type, task list, photos you choose to upload, and specific service needs.
- Booking and Membership Details: The block you book (Half Day / Full Day), dates, start time, number of days, the membership plan you request, and your service address.
- Payment Information: When you pay online, your card details are entered on and processed by Stripe, our payment processor; we receive the transaction record, the card brand and last four digits, and your billing name and email. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
- AI Chat Assistant: Messages you type into the chat assistant on our Site, the page you were on, and any contact details you share in the chat. Transcripts are saved to our customer relationship management system (CRM) and, to generate replies, are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic). Do not share card numbers, passwords or other sensitive data in the chat.
- Communications: Records of your correspondence with us via email, phone, text message (SMS), WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, or our website forms and chat.
Information Collected Automatically:
- Device and Browser Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, click patterns, referring URLs, and the date and time of your visit.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to improve your experience, analyze traffic, and support our advertising efforts. See Section 6 for details.
- Location Data: General geographic location inferred from your IP address, and the ZIP code you enter, used to verify that service requests are within our service area and to show availability.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve our Services
- To process and fulfill service requests, online bookings, membership requests, and appointments
- To check technician availability for your ZIP code and assign a technician
- To communicate with you about your projects, appointments, bookings, and account, by phone, email, or text message (see Section 8 for SMS)
- To answer your questions through the AI chat assistant and hand the conversation to a dispatcher
- To process payments through Stripe, issue receipts and refunds, and prevent fraud
- To send you promotional materials and special offers (only with your consent; you may opt out at any time)
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
- To analyze website usage and improve our Site's functionality
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
- To run advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest) and measure their effectiveness
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: We share information with trusted third-party companies that perform services on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it and use it only for the purposes we specify. These currently include: Stripe (online payments and subscription billing), Twilio (sending and receiving text messages and calls), Anthropic (the AI model that generates chat assistant replies; chat transcripts are sent to it for that purpose only), our CRM and hosting providers (storage of leads, bookings, messages and photos), and analytics and advertising platforms — Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads), Meta (Pixel), Microsoft (Clarity), and Pinterest (tag).
- Technicians: The technician assigned to your job receives your name, phone number, service address, task list and photos so they can perform the work.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Handyman Gold Hands, our customers, or the public.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
- With Your Consent: We may share your information with third parties when you have given us explicit consent to do so.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records are never shared for marketing purposes; see Section 8.6.
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit (SSL/TLS), secure server infrastructure, access controls, and regular security assessments. Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified processor.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Typical retention periods are:
- Contact, booking and service records (including uploaded photos and chat transcripts attached to a request): Up to 7 years after the last service, for warranty, legal, and tax purposes
- Chat transcripts that did not lead to a service request: Kept in your browser session only until you close the tab; on our side, only as part of a lead record if you shared contact details
- SMS consent records: For as long as required to demonstrate consent under the TCPA and applicable state law (at least 4 years after the last message)
- Marketing communications data: Until you unsubscribe or request deletion
- Website analytics data: Up to 26 months
- Payment records: As required by financial regulations (typically 7 years)
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our Site uses the following types of cookies and tracking technologies:
- Essential Storage: Required for the Site to function properly — for example, remembering that you dismissed the cookie notice (browser local storage), keeping your chat conversation while you move between pages (session storage), and form submissions.
- Analytics Cookies and Tags: Help us understand how visitors use our Site. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (usage statistics) and Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and session recordings of how pages are used; form fields you type into are masked).
- Advertising Cookies and Pixels: Used to deliver relevant ads and measure our advertising campaigns. We use Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing, the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, and the Pinterest tag. These may record that you visited our Site, submitted a form or completed a booking.
- Embedded Content: Customer review videos are loaded from YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) only when you press play, and payment pages are loaded from Stripe; those services may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
The cookie notice on our Site is an information notice: the tags above load when a page loads, and dismissing the notice does not change that. You can control cookies through your browser settings — most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies — and through the opt-outs below. Disabling certain cookies may affect your experience on our Site.
Opt-outs: Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on · Google Ads Settings · Meta Ad Preferences · Pinterest Privacy Settings · Microsoft Clarity · Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out.
7. Your Privacy Rights
California Residents (CCPA/CPRA):
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

- Right to Delete: You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to Correct: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.

To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected] or call +1 (786) 788-8714. We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days.

- Right to Object: You may object to our processing of your data for marketing purposes.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
Our legal bases for processing personal data include: performance of a contract, legitimate business interests, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent.
Florida and Other U.S. State Residents:
Under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (effective July 1, 2024) and similar laws in other states where we operate (including Texas, Maryland and Illinois), residents may have additional rights regarding their personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing activities such as targeted advertising. Contact us to exercise these rights.
8. SMS / Text Messaging Program
8.1 Program Description
Rakhimov Enterprise LLC (DBA Gold Hands) ("we," "us"), operates an SMS / text messaging program for customers and prospective customers who request handyman services from us. By providing your mobile phone number on a form on our website handymangoldhands.com and checking the SMS consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS / text messages from us at the mobile number you provide.
8.2 How You Opt In
Mobile opt-in is collected through the forms on our website — the contact and quote forms (for example handymangoldhands.com/#contact), the online booking form at handymangoldhands.com/book, the membership request form at handymangoldhands.com/membership, and the job application form — where you must:
- Enter your name and mobile phone number;
- Check the unchecked SMS consent box that reads: "I agree that Handyman Gold Hands may call me and send SMS text messages about my service request (no promotions). Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Privacy Policy · Terms Sender: Rakhimov Enterprise LLC (DBA Gold Hands). Messages include appointment confirmations and updates about this request."; and
- Submit the form.
The checkbox is required to submit a request form: we cannot schedule or price a job without being able to call or text you about it. That consent covers messages about your request only, never promotions, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP. If you use the chat assistant and expressly agree in the conversation to be texted, that agreement is recorded as your opt-in in the same way.
8.3 Types of Messages You May Receive
- Appointment and booking confirmations and reminders
- Technician arrival notifications and updates
- Estimate / quote follow-ups and clarifications
- Service completion and satisfaction surveys
- Account, membership, payment or service-related notifications
8.4 Message Frequency, Cost, Carriers
Message frequency varies based on your service activity (typically 1–5 messages per active service request). Message and data rates may apply at the rate set by your wireless carrier. We do not charge for the messages themselves. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and other major U.S. carriers.
8.5 Opt-Out (STOP) and Help (HELP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number that sent you the message. After you send "STOP", we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time on any form at handymangoldhands.com, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by emailing [email protected] or calling +1 (786) 788-8714.
8.6 No Sharing of Mobile Information — Twilio / TCR Compliance
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
For clarity: phone numbers collected for SMS messaging, and any consent we collect for SMS messaging, are not sold, rented, leased, or shared with any third party for any marketing or promotional purpose, ever. Twilio, our messaging provider, transmits the messages on our behalf and does not use your number for its own purposes.
8.7 TCPA / Consent Disclosure
Your consent to receive SMS/text messages from Rakhimov Enterprise LLC (DBA Gold Hands) is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us. Web request forms need the box ticked so we can reach you about that request, but you can always book any service by calling +1 (786) 788-8714 without a form or text-message consent, and still receive the full handyman services we offer. You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any message.
8.8 Privacy and Data Security for SMS
The mobile phone number you provide for SMS and the consent record (timestamp, the page and form used, and your checkbox choice) are stored on our secure servers and used only for the purposes described above. We retain SMS opt-in records for the period required to demonstrate consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state law.
