Send photos of the bathroom and rough measurements by phone or WhatsApp. You get a written, line-item quote for your Ives Estates address (33179) before anything is ordered. Free estimate by phone or from photos.
Who handles permits for Ives Estates projects?
When the work needs a permit, our licensed general contractor partner pulls it with the building department that covers your Ives Estates address — the city's or Miami-Dade County's — and inspections are part of the schedule.
