The photos show the start and the finish; these are the usual steps in between:
- The tall flat box and the smaller cartons were unpacked in the room itself.
- The frame, uprights and cable guides were bolted together to full height under the ceiling pipes.
- The bench, pads and weight plates were fitted to the station.
- Packaging was taken out, leaving the floor clear around the machine.
Ceiling height is the first thing to check with a tall gym station in a basement: pipes and ducts can sit lower than the ceiling itself.
