Tile Installation in Kendale Lakes, FL — FAQ
How do I get a tile installation price in Kendale Lakes?
Send photos of the area to tile and rough measurements by phone or WhatsApp. You get a written, line-item quote for your Kendale Lakes address (33183) before anything is ordered. Free estimate by phone or from photos.
Who handles permits for Kendale Lakes projects?
When the work needs a permit, our licensed general contractor partner pulls it with the building department that covers your Kendale Lakes address — the city's or Miami-Dade County's — and inspections are part of the schedule. Cosmetic updates on existing lines usually need none; the quote says which is which.
Do you waterproof showers before tiling?
Yes. Shower walls, floors and benches get a waterproofing membrane before tile goes on — the tile and grout are not the waterproof layer. In South Florida humidity that step decides whether a shower lasts.
Do you do small tile repairs?
Yes: a few cracked tiles, regrouting a shower, resealing natural stone, re-caulking tub and shower joints. Small jobs are booked like any handyman visit.
