- The mirror was set on the supports.
- The top was secured and checked for level.
Large mirrors are heavy and fragile; they rest on a bottom support first and are then secured at the top. In a bathroom the mounting hardware also has to handle humidity, so rust-proof clips and anchors are used near the sink.
